Our Mission
The group was officially established in July, 1997 when bylaws were adopted and officers were elected. We are officially a non-profit, tax-exempt organization. We hope to encourage more retirees in the community to become computer literate and to draw young people to the library as well.

We meet in the Arnold Fire Station, on Blagen Road,  at 7:00 PM on the last Tuesday of selected months. Click PROGRAMS at the top of this page. Each meeting includes a short program or demonstration, on a topic of interest to the Group, followed by a period of questions and answers as needed.  To access the fire station, drive around the back from the right hand side, come in the back door!

Group mentors are available, by arrangement, to assist community members in gaining technology skills either in their homes or at the library free of charge.  Mentor names and phone numbers are posted near each unit in the library, patrons call to make arrangements. Telephone consultations are also available.

Our group helped the Arnold Branch Friends of the Library purchase two Personal Computers.

Thank you to Goldrush World Access Internet for sponsoring our group!
